Royal Albert Hall
There is an infrared hearing system in the main auditorium, and infrared headsets should be pre-booked by telephoning the Access Line on 020 7070 4410 (9am-9pm daily). Patrons can then collect their headset on arrival from the Information Desk at Door 6. When opera performances are sung in languages other than English, there are normally surtitles positioned around the auditorium. Hearing Dogs are welcome at the Hall. Please inform staff when booking your tickets so that an appropriate box seat can be selected, where your dog can remain with you during the performance. Registered disabled patrons are entitled to bring a companion on a free ticket for all main auditorium shows, when sitting together in the accessible areas in the Stalls and Circle. Additionally, for events promoted by Royal Albert Hall, BBC Proms, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra or Raymond Gubbay Ltd., this concession is opened up to include all seats in the auditorium, not just those in the accessible areas.
